Some of the marshals could have been better briefed about key points in the route but they were all lovely people. The final straight adjacent to Rushmere Pond was confusing and needed more marshalling beyond the pink cones on the ground. The finish line arrangement was somewhat quirky and confusing for finishing runners. A lady in Wim Village associated with the stables was trying to stop runners doing a timed event to let horses back into the stables off the High St - I thought she was somewhat insensitive to the fact that this event only happens once or maybe twice a year - hardly a big sacrifice for the horse riders to wait for a suitable gap in the runners. The village needs more marshalling, particularly at this point, and the stable lady needs to realise it's not all about her and her ponies. I think a discussion between the organisers and the stables is warranted otherwise I can see an ugly spat occurring some time.

Otherwise a fun event with adequate organisation and a big thank you to all the marshals, medical staff and volunteers, particularly the kids who handed out race numbers, water and treats!!! Thank you so much.

I did my second 10k here and I did find the Average speed was around the 5/5:30km speed. So I ran a 6:30 and I was very much at the back. Was a bit fast for me. I also did think it was in Wimbledon common but this is a road race and doesn’t go into Wimbledon common. But either way I would do again and recommend

It was a super event and the marshalls very helpful. I felt welcomed at the start and sign in process so smooth. Would prefer to get number before race but no biggie. Great snacks at the end. The warm up guys were a bit late but no biggie either. The medal is brilliant. I'd like more of the race on the trail. The long uphill at the end was actually enjoyable even though I didn't expect it haha. I'd like to see my time a bit quicker to know if staying for the prize giving but again not a biggie. Thank you team. Great race.

I would suggest starting the race earlier, at 8am, to avoid the human traffic in the high street in Wimbledon Village. Otherwise a beautiful location for a race!

2nd time running this - smooth running, organised and friendly.

I run the marathon one week ago and I participe of these race for the fun. It´s a fun and fast race. I love it. AND I LOVE VERY MUCH THE FINISHER MEDAL!
